We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Legal & Recruitment team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, customer success, and team excellence within a dynamic and fast-evolving market landscape.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy, coaching and developing talent, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds performance targets. The successful candidate will bring a strong commercial acumen, a passion for customer engagement, and a proven ability to lead through change and complexity.
This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with a focus on pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and closing high-impact deals. The Sales Manager will also play a critical role in fostering cross-functional collaboration, aligning with internal stakeholders across solution areas, and championing the adoption of AI and digital transformation initiatives.
