Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dental Educational Sales Manager to drive the promotion and sales of our Oral Care products within dental and hygiene schools. This role involves establishing strong relationships with faculty and students, delivering engaging presentations and digital content, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of all assigned institutions. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in influencing student engagement and product adoption, ultimately contributing to the growth of our brand within the educational sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with dental educators and students

Deliver engaging product and scientific presentations via in person, virtual and social/digital communications

Deliver strategic usage, recommendation, and sales growth within the channel

Efficiently manage territory within budget to maximize impact and reach while operating within stewardship guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree

RDH certification or equivalent clinical experience

Previous experience in dental industry sales with proven results is preferred.

Experience as faculty in a dental or dental hygiene program or equivalent experience is preferred.

Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficient in IT systems such as Salesforce, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Ability to travel 60% of the time

A valid driver’s license

Skills:

Continuous learning to become a Subject Matter Expert in product science and technology

Experience in executing social and digital media campaigns and engagement

Strong collaboration internally and externally

Ability to understand the educational landscape within schools and integrate this knowledge with business plans.

Acts with a sense of urgency and determination, always focused on achieving results.

Utilizes reporting tools to track progress and develop timely action plans.

Demonstrates operational discipline with time and budget management.
