At Danfoss, you’ll have the opportunity to promote our High-Pressure Pump solutions, create value-driven proposals, and build strong customer partnerships while driving innovation and sustainability in the water treatment industry. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Drive growth by promoting Danfoss HPP products and delivering tailored, value-driven proposals. + Build and nurture long-term partnerships with End Users, EPCs, Consultants, OEMs, and Channel Partners through meaningful engagement. + Explore opportunities with curiosity by developing, qualifying, and closing sales while managing the pipeline with high standards. + Share insights and expertise through product presentations, technical advisory, and market intelligence to support customer success. + Contribute to business growth by up-selling, cross-selling, and actively participating in sales meetings, demand planning, and industry events. **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, with a passion for continuous learning. + Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the water treatment industry, with exposure to High Pressure Pumps and Energy Recovery Devices as a plus. + Strong value-selling skills, relationship-building abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools to explore customer needs and deliver innovative solutions. + Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a matrix organization. + Willingness to travel up to 40% across India and occasionally abroad, embracing opportunities to learn from diverse markets. **Ready to Make a Difference?** If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
