Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Leisure and Europe to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts in the leisure sector, with a specific focus on European markets. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset with hands-on sales leadership to drive growth and expand our market presence.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the leisure sector in European marketsLead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed goalsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the leisure industryCollaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and materialsPrepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior managementAttend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leadsMonitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvementStay updated on travel industry trends and regulations in European marketsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the leisure and travel industry, with a focus on European marketsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teamsExcellent knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics toolsDemonstrated ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecastingSuperior negotiation and communication skillsProficiency in market analysis and identifying new business opportunitiesFamiliarity with European travel industry trends and regulationsFluency in English; additional European languages are a plusWillingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to other regionsSales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) preferred
