**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Leading sales team to focus on job site & end customer visits and dealer supports to promote RIDGID, Klauke and Greenlee products, including product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows
+ Benchmark best practice, collaborates with distributors to plan and implement Digital marketing campaigns
+ Collaborate with distributors and regularly visits to key dealers
+ Review and update Pro Action program annually
+ Identify and develop potential new dealer and/or distributor to improve the penetration to focused end customer segments
+ Keep abreast of market trends in focused end customer segments, identify and execute growth opportunities
+ Mentor and develop Japan team

+ Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
+ Making sense of sophisticated, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to optimally tackle problems
+ Taking on new opportunities and touch challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and passion.
+ Ability to work well under pressure
+ Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the outstanding needs of different audiences
**For this Role, you will need:**
+ A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent
+ Proficient English, both writing and oral
+ Minimum 8 years of industrial sales experience with proven record
+ Passionate and result orientation, strong at communications and empathy
+ Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
