What You’ll Be Doing Propose individual annual goal and fulfill the goal Develops new business, dig out and follow up design-in and design-win projects Manage key accounts Maintain the data on OneERP Reports the account plan, visit report, business review report Maintains good customer relationship Cross selling for solution and automotive products Supports marketing team for market survey, promotion plan What We're Looking For University degree, major in drive technology or power electronics is preferred At least 5 years experience in sales, or relative field Eager to be successful, willing to take challenge with growth mindset Strong logic thinking ability, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Enhance good customer relationship ability Fluent in written and oral English Willing to travel often What You'll Get from Us
