Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide reliable local support across key business functions. This role contributes to enhancing product presence, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Principal Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing local marketing activities aimed at increasing product visibility and supporting demand generation.

Provide support to the sales team in preparing product presentations, organizing promotional events, and communicating with customers.

Act as a local contact point to maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers.

Handle routine communications, respond to basic inquiries, and coordinate ongoing needs to support smooth cooperation.

Facilitate the exchange of project-related information between the Taiwan and Thailand teams to ensure alignment.

Support project documentation, progress tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Assist with local order processing, including order placement, confirmation, tracking, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely issue resolution.

 Help arrange local logistics services and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time shipments.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve any local delivery-related issues effectively

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience, typically with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Background in electronic industry preferred

Education and Certification(s):

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Distinguishing Characteristics:

Proficiency in English and Thai is required.Additional proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Taiwan sales team and FAE.Strong business communication skills.The role requires the ability to operate independently in a complex sales environment.Travelling required for local customer visits.
