What you will do in this role

As a Sales Manager i on our team, you will:   
   
- Define sales team strategy, resource allocation, and goal-setting to meet revenue targets. 

- Provide clear guidance on account contact, call frequency, and engagement strategies. 

- Coach team on call planning, execution, and lead/opportunity management. 

- Support BDRs in maintaining effective customer relationship rhythms and content. 

- Oversee customer experience through quality control, audits, and value-driven interactions. 

- Drive business performance by exceeding targets in opportunity generation and pipeline revenue. 

- Monitor team productivity using defined metrics and reporting tools. 

- Ensure adherence to corporate tools, processes, and implement gap-closing plans when needed. 

  

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have:   

  

- A proficient or bilingual level in German or Italian and advanced in English 
- Ideal 5 years of sales experience. Proven track record in Sales with preferably Sales Management experience 

- Ideal 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in an IT/telesales environment 

- Experience in forecasting and pipeline management 

- Experience in coaching and in delivering soft skills and product training 

- Strong communicator, strong organizing abilities and process-oriented work style 

-  Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling software solutions to customers 

- Ability to motivate, encourage and coach others to develop strong relationship-building and sales skills 

- Familiar with business tools and CRM systems.
