Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to lead the entire Sales & Marketing Department in a strategic role, maximizing the resort's occupancy and rates in line with international Hilton standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be the undisputed leader of the Sales and Marketing division, reporting directly to the General Manager.Commercial Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor the annual sales and marketing strategic plan to meet or exceed revenue and budget targets across all market segments (Individual, Group, MICE/Events).Team Leadership: Coordinate, motivate, and manage the entire Sales & Marketing team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and ensuring the team operates with maximum efficiency.B2B and Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships with Key Accounts, Tour Operators, MICE agencies, and corporate clients, conducting negotiations and finalizing contracts that ensure the best ROI.Analysis and Forecasting: Constantly monitor sales performance, analyze market and competitor trends, and provide accurate revenue forecasts (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy).Branding and Marketing: Ensure all Marketing activities (both offline and digital) are perfectly aligned with Curio Collection by Hilton standards and the resort's pricing and positioning strategy.Work Experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Mandatory Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years in a Sales Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing role, gained within 5-star hotel properties or international luxury chains.Language: Excellent and fluent command of the English Language (mandatory), both written and spoken, for interaction with international clientele and corporate management. Knowledge of a second language (Italian, German or French) is an advantage.Financial Skills: Strong P&L management skills and negotiation expertise, with a specific focus on RevPAR and GOP targets.Digital Competencies: Strong understanding of online sales dynamics, distribution channels (OTAs), and Digital Marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, Social Media).Flexibility: Willingness to travel and availability to work a schedule covering 5 working days out of 7, based on commercial needs.Benefits
