**Job Summary**
As a Regional Sales Manager, you are in charge of developing peristaltic pump sales in your catchment area. You work in close collaboration with sales department, technical service and marketing team.
**Responsibilities**
**For France :**
+ Develop and retain an existing customer portfolio, mainly in the water and water treatment sector.
+ Identify new projects to maintain a diversified and sufficiently dense sales funnel to achieve business objectives.
+ Negotiate technical and commercial offers, in connection with internal support.
+ Carry out regular reporting of your activity in our CRM tool (visits, sales forecasts, etc.).
+ Maintain a high prospecting level in the commercial development of new products.
+ Maintain competitive intelligence and communicate market and competition information to the competent services.
**For Europe :**
+ Lead and develop the existing network of distributors (training, support, strategy).
+ Identify and engage new distributors in uncovered or underperforming areas.
+ Accompany distributors in their commercial actions (prospecting, customer visits, offers, closing).
+ Set annual goals and track results.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Education with a predominant technical or commercial focus.
+ 3+ years successful experience in sales of high value-added technical products.
+ Mastery of direct sales (in France) and animation of distribution networks (in Europe).
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, analytical ability and a taste for the field.
+ Good level of English (written/oral), any other European language is a plus.
+ Mastery of office tools, CRM, and ability to work remotely.
+ Customer-oriented conquering spirit and results to support our growth.
**Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements**
+ Occasional trips - Ability and willingness to travel, as needed.
