YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for driving commercial performance in France, combining technical understanding and sales execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive market Developing existing accounts by introducing new solutions Identifying and acquiring new clients through active prospection and networking Managing the full sales cycle: client analysis, proposals, negotiation, contracts Collaborating closely with internal teams (R&D, marketing, supply, customer support) Monitoring market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapeThis position reports directly to the Managing Director France.
YOUR PROFILE
Scientific background (Engineering or Master’s degree), ideally in cosmetic formulation or related field 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in personal care ingredients Strong ability to engage clients with a solution-oriented approach Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Autonomous, structured, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset Customer-centric and resilient Fluent French and in English (written and spoken) Comfortable with frequent travel (40–50%)
