Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager External Compounds to join our team in Hannover, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with and inspire our sales team to achieve exceptional performance and drive revenue growth. As the Sales Manager External Compounds, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the team's success in meeting and exceeding targets.

Be responsible for all tasks / activities related to Order Intake, Acquisition and Quote ProcessLeading price, claiming or contracting negotiations from and towards customers within defined parametersIdentifing and preparing relevant customer strategy considering business environment and target setting for salesMotivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goalsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goalsForecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior managementConduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersStay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edgeRepresent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of success in sales management roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experienceExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsAdvanced negotiation and closing skillsAbility to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable plansResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targetsAdaptability to changing market conditions and customer needsFluency in English and German (both written and spoken)Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends (preferred)Sales management knowledgeWillingness to travel as required for customer meetings
