Gas Technology Services provides advanced aftermarket support and uptime availability in critical environments and through every stage of our customers’ equipment and plant lifecycle.
 

Take ownership of business growth
The Sales Manager- Digital, will be responsible for engaging and influencing business development planning and positioning of the Baker Hughes Gas Technology Services digital team. You will participate in activities such as contract negotiations, development of tendering strategies and key growth opportunities.
 

As a Sales Manager-Digital, you will be responsible for:

Demonstrating best in class sales process/behaviors for various digital solutions applicable to Baker Hughes Rotating Equipment and other non OEM assets.Deploying the principles of Key Account Management for growth and to safeguard the existing business.Working with other business units to hunt and close enterprise digital deals.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree.Have 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling technical products or solutions.Have a results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.Be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.Display the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organization.
