Eaton’s EPG LAC PQD Power Quality Division division is currently seeking a Sales Manager Data Center.
**What you’ll do:**
Job Summary
Responsible for sales and application enginnering team. The sales manager will responsible to drive sales on MTDC and Hyperscale datacenter implementing strategies to increase win rate trough demand creation, early stages development and streghning relationship on C Level ( CEO and Decision Makers) of customers promoting a complete offering consisting on UPS, DCIM, Batteries, Battery monitory, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage and packaged substations.
Job Responsibilities
+ Manager of KAM and application engineering team focused on MTDC and Hyperscaler.
+ Drive complete offer leverage consisting of UPS, LV, MV and software leveraging selling a complete solution;
+ Create a high level (C Level and Decision makers) relationship on assigned accounts;
+ Leverage Eaton advatage of broader protifolio as well incluence trough demand creation to have Eaton products approved and specified on projects;
+ Develop and manage customers by maintaining strong and loyal business partners in the region to enhance long term business prospects;
+ Maintain strategic relationship and identify key accounts; create and execute key account plans;
+ Manage pipeline and sales team perfomance trough CRM and KPIs;
+ Work in advance on win strategy as well engage whole company on have a win strategy on main assigned customers projects;
+ Administer all phases of sales process to insure effective and timely customer service and response.

**Qualifications:**
**Education level required**
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, related fields or other majors with relevant experience in field;
**Years and area of experience required**
Extensive experience in sales, prospect and client relationship
**Technical knowledge**
Architecture & Technical knowledge regarding MV, LV, including transformer, packaged substations, UPS application and/or cooling.
**Other skills:**
Advanced English Skills
Availability to travel 50% of time
Desired experience with people and team management (leadership skills)
