Job DescriptionYou will participate in all sales activities and work in alignment with the Sales & Marketing Plan, focusing on the Group Corporate market segment, with the goal of exceeding hotel revenue and performance targets. Your key responsibilities include promoting the hotel brand, securing new business contracts, and maximizing revenue opportunities for the property.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships across local, domestic, and international markets. This includes monitoring competitor activity and market trends, attending travel trade functions and sales roadshows, and organizing sales trips to drive business growth for the hotel.
We will provide you with comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and confidence to excel as a Sales Manager who delivers exceptional results. You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Business Development, who will offer guidance and support to help you succeed in your role.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Pro-active, self motivated, loves challenges
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
