Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Corporate to join our team in Watthana, Thailand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the region.
Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to maximize revenue for the organizationAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approachesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionLead and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to corporate clientsCreate and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential corporate clientsMonitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior managementIdentify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing corporate accountsStay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the corporate sales landscapeRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leadsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a managerial roleProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a corporate environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organizationStrong negotiation and closing skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trendsExperience in developing and implementing successful sales strategiesLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales teamAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry eventsKnowledge of the Thai business landscape and corporate culture is highly desirable
