Sales Manager (Chinese Speaking)

**Description:**
+ Drive revenue growth from the wholesale market segment.
+ Develop new business opportunities and manage key client relationships.
+ Conduct sales calls, presentations, networking, and business development activities.
+ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maximize market share.
+ Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
+ Achieve individual sales targets and support overall hotel revenue objectives.
+ Maintain accurate sales reporting, contracts, and account management records
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality,or related field.
+ 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably handling the Chinese market.
+ Fluent in Mandarin and English.
+ Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
+ Ability to travel and participate in sales trips and industry events.
