Sales Manager - Building Sector
Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the private building sector, especially CAPEX-intensive projects. Develop strong client relationships with industrial estate developers, factory owners, property investors, and contractors. Promote services across the building lifecycle: design review, quality control, construction supervision, and commissioning support. Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation processes. Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to develop tailored, competitive offers. Monitor project pipelines and market trends in the industrial and commercial building sectors. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project delivery in the industrial building, manufacturing facilities, data centers, warehouses or high rise buildings (real estate sector). Strong network in the industrial and commercial development space (industrial parks, EPCs, property developers). Experience selling project-based services such as PMC, QA/QC, safety supervision, or sustainability consulting. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical background preferred.
