**Your Responsibilities**
+ Achieve annual departmental targets.
+ Maintain and grow strong business relationships.
+ Manage corporate accounts **before, during, and after** their stay.
+ Keep a regular overview of all **current and future bookings** .
+ Review **account productivity** on a regular basis.
+ Ensure timely handling of **all inbound inquiries** (RFPs, calls, emails).
+ Contribute ideas to **improve marketing strategies** .
+ Conduct **regular competitor checks** and market monitoring.
+ Provide **support to the Director of Sales & Marketing** .
+ Identify and prioritize **core customer segments** .
+ Further develop and refine **sales strategies** .
+ Represent the hotel at **trade shows, exhibitions, and sales promotions** .
+ **Organize and attend** client events on a regular basis.
+ Participate in **trainings** and continuous learning.
**Your Profile**
+ Completed vocational training in upscale/luxury hospitality.
+ **Sales and marketing** experience in an events department or in hospitality.
+ Strong **negotiation skills** , **flexibility** , and **willingness to travel** .
+ Excellent **organizational skills** , **attention to detail** , perseverance, and accuracy.
+ Strong **communication** and stakeholder‑management skills.
+ High **customer and service orientation** .
+ Very good **German and English** ; additional languages are an advantage.
