Sales Manager
**Description:** + **Sales & Revenue Growth** + Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments. + Negotiate contracts with clients and travel partners. + **Client Relationship Management** + Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and accounts. + Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and networking events. + Provide personalized service to ensure repeat business. + **Collaboration & Coordination** + Work closely with marketing to design promotional campaigns. + Coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings. + Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management. + **Market Analysis** + Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. + Adjust sales strategies to remain competitive. **Qualifications:** + **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. + **Experience** : 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality sales, with proven track record. + **Skills** : Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities. + **Technical** : Familiarity with hotel property management software. + Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. + Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. + Ability to build long-term client relationships. + Strong organizational and time-management skills. **Primary Location:** TW-TPE-Taipei **Organization:** Hyatt Centric East Taipei **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Sales **Req ID:** TAI000226 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
