工作概述:

根据业务发展及增长需求,对于爱科产品销售业务的开展及方向给予明确指导,达成业务指标并促进业务持续增长。以直销形式,与内部团队跨部门协作,通过与最终用户、工程总包公司、机电分包及设计院的关系维护与拓展,提供专业的销售方案。在满足客户需求的情况下,实现爱科产品在区域内的市场推广和销售的任务。

关键岗位职责:

       结合公司战略目标及所负责地区的市场情况,开发主产品项目销售业务和客户商机,负责制定长期及短期发展方向,开拓广州地区市场,建立团队,并带领团队高效执行;

       合理制定及分配年度业绩指标,带领团队达成预定目标,即实现业务的增长,同时有效管理部门预算和人员/项目成本;

       与相关部门(市场,服务,商务,PM)等部门密切合作,提供客户的推广支持,提升客户服务质量并帮助AR部门及时收回账款;

       运用公司销售管理体系及工具,培养高效率的团队和人才梯队负责推广爱科产品,建立和维护良好的客户关系。

任职资格:

       本科及以上学历,暖通空调、制冷、建筑环境等相关专业,具备大型项目操作经验;

       5年以上暖通行业相关销售经验,2年以上项目销售业务及团队管理经验;

       有能力带领团队在一定压力下实现业绩目标且曾有多次成功经验;

       优秀的沟通、适应和变革管理能力;

       以结果为导向,以数据为依据,具备快速决策能力。
