Experience:
Previous experience in a proactive hotel sales management role, preferably within Corporate and/or MICE segmentsProven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targetsDemonstrated success in new business development and account growthExperience using CRM systems and managing an active sales pipelineStrong understanding of the Manchester market (desirable)Skills Competencies:
Highly proactive and self-motivated with strong commercial acumenConfident in prospecting, networking and negotiating at all levelsResults-driven with strong focus on conversion and revenue deliveryExcellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple accountsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and competitor activityCollaborative team player who can work cross-functionally within a commercial environmentYou are:
