The Sales Manager is responsible for new account acquisition & business development, growth of existing key accounts & pipeline growth across the region. Efforts will be focused on delivery of growth within Baker Hughes’ Cordant various suite of solutions including consulting services and enterprise software sales.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Selling all the portfolio within Cordant Solutions – consulting services, training, software and hardware.Developing account plans to drive accountability and garner support from the broader Baker Hughes businessManaging complex sales-cycles which includes our entire Reliability Engineering portfolio of products and presenting to buyers, decision makers and influence the value of our reliable asset performance  Support creation and delivery of customer value proposition through consultative and advisory modelConduct full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover enterprise opportunities.Leading in cross functional teams and projects to achieve account and region goals and recommending new opportunities for profit and service improvementsDeveloping enterprise level relationship with CxO’s, VPs and drive strategic partnership, MoU and frame agreements with key stakeholders.Assisting regional sales and digital sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trendsUtilizing Enterprise and Core Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers to conduct discovery/workshops on asset condition monitoring, asset strategy and reliability solution assessment surveys to establish an enterprise-wide software planEnabling solution design for enterprise software deployments with focus on outcomes and customer experience and partnering with Enterprise Solution Architects to enable the appropriate architecture, cyber network security and roadmap of SW product adders Preparing proposals / bids, negotiating contracts & ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial riskDevelop engineering and deployment technical work scope, schedules and support cost estimates to facilitate offering in area of expertise.Partner with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have BSc. from an accredited academic institutionHave good Enterprise Sales Skills – Problem Identification, Discovery, Sales Process Management Have experience in managing the entire sales cycle particularly in closing complex sales Have demonstrated track record of success in meeting & over-achieving sales targets (conversion rates & financial) Have very good oral and written communication skills.Have the ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
