+ Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and company sales goals
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
+ Manage and grow a portfolio of select key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
+ Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting and forecasting
+ Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
+ Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Identify new business opportunities and support reps in closing high‑value deals
+ Ensure CRM systems and sales documentation are maintained accurately and consistently
+ Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, and industry partners

+ Approximately 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in oils, lubricants, automotive, industrial, or related industries
+ Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team strongly preferred
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
+ Experience managing key or strategic customer accounts
+ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
+ Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic, data‑driven decisions
+ Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
+ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
