Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our sales efforts as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will oversee strategic account management and procurement operations, drive growth and fostering strong relationships within the B2B sector. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and driving performance to exceed targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, leveraging an established network to expand business opportunities.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring purchases align with company objectives and cost-efficiency.
• Facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with industry standards.
• Implement strategic sales plans to enhance market presence and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management and logistical operations.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Provide leadership development and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate sales metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all sales and procurement activities
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within procurement, account management, or supply chain industries.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong book of clients and established business relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate procurement processes, including purchase orders and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, logistics, and eCommerce-driven industries.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and skills will be considered.
