Job Description
We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing team (currently ~10–12, scaling to 25+) and drive office performance. The role is customer‑facing and field‑oriented, with a strong emphasis on coaching, developing, and scaling a mid‑sized sales organization. Industry experience (AV/integration, commercial electrical sales, commercial integration) is a huge plus. Leadership ability is the #1 priority. Prior sales manager experience is required.

Sales Manager experience with a team of 12 plus
Commercial blue collar sales experience
Strong leadership and managerial experience Building integration sales experience
CCTV/Access control sales experience
Prior competitor experience (Firetron, Telaid, JCI, ADT Commercial, Climatic)
