Job Summary:
Lead and execute the Equipment Sales growth strategy in Poland. Manage a team to develop long-term customer relationships, maximize account penetration, and ensure customer retention for equipment sales. Responsible for achieving sales targets, market share, and developing new business accounts. Take responsibility for the successful execution of sales projects from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities: Drive Sales Strategy: Implement and manage the local sales strategy to achieve personal and team sales quotas, focusing on Commercial & Industrial customers.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Engineers, ensuring performance appraisals, development, and effective internal communication.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop long-term customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and drive new customer acquisition.
Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure accurate CRM data updates.
Market Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to drive business growth.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and take ownership of Employee Engagement results.
Goals:
Achieve equipment orders, revenues, and margins.
Implement company strategies and policies.
Ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Technical University degree,
HVAC knowledge (preferably in cooling systems or air handling units)
Minimum 5 years of sales experience and 3 years of sales management experience.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to mobilize, drive and motivate sales team
Strategic thinking and market understanding.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Driving license (B category).
Other Requirements:
Availability to travel across the country and occasionally abroad.
