Job Description

Drive business strategy planning with Global Business (GBs), including acquisitions and pre-selling activities to ensure sustainable BBM market growth.

Manage and strengthen customer relationships across Divisions and Regions, including effective man-mapping with Honda.

Ensure alignment of all customer-related activities.

Act as the customer’s main window for general and non-project-specific requirements.

Lead innovation management by coordinating with customers on future trends and emerging opportunities at a regional level.

Organize and execute customer-specific innovation events, such as technology shows and senior management meetings.

Take leadership in cross-Divisional initiatives and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring a unified “one voice” approach to the customer.

Manage contract negotiations (e.g., MPA, NDA, and specific agreements) and oversee compensation claim management.

Demonstrate a strong passion for ASEAN market growth, providing full support to GBs and contributing to long-term regional success.
