Job description Position summary

The sales manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue opportunities for Novotel Al Anoud, with a strong focus on the Riyadh market. The candidate must have proven experience and established networks within Riyadh's corporate, government, and leisure sectors to ensure successful market penetration and sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the Riyadh market, including corporate accounts, government entities, and event organizers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts in line with hotel standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and campaigns targeting the Riyadh market. Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings in Riyadh. Qualifications & skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in Riyadh within the hospitality or related industry. Strong knowledge of the Riyadh corporate and government market, with an existing client network preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. Results-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
