In this role **,** you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth **What You’ll Be Doing** + Responsible for Singapore Water and HVAC sales targets and growth plan + Independently develop the local Water/HVAC business strategy as the subject matter expert, and drive business growth through the successful implementation of that strategy + Work with local and regional Danfoss stakeholders to develop targeted solutions to address customer needs + Grow business with Water/HVAC projects with contractors, system integrators and partners (distributors), leveraging the support of regional and global Danfoss networks + Grow partner business through development and implementation of business plans + Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipelines + Make adjustments to strategies to navigate surprise challenges and uncertainties + Connect the dots with internal and external stakeholders in order to multiply efforts and develop win-win solutions **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechatronics engineering + Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets + Performance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives with team work + Customer driven, and oriented with the priority on company success and profits + Energetic and self-motivated + Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software + Fluent English and good communication skills **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
