Sales Manager Job Description: A Partner Sales manager is responsible for leading and coaching a team of Partners Account Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize sales execution, and build high-performing sales teams. This roles focuses on strategic deal execution, sales forecasting, and continuous team development to maximize sales efficiency, pipeline converions and partners relastionship. This is a hybrid position, with three days per week at our office in Oporto, Portugal. Key Responsibilities: Requirements: -Lead, mentor and develop a team of PAM´s to achieve individual and collective goals -Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management -DRive consistency and efficiency in the teams operational processes and partner engagement practices -Develop and execute channel strategies to drive partner engagement and revenue growth -Build and maitain strong relationships with strategic Sage Partners -Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively position and sell Sage´s solutions -Monitor market trends and partner performance to identify new opps for growth At Sage, we offer you an environment where you can grow professionally without compromising your personal well-being.
