We’re on the hunt for a Sales Champion to take the lead across our global Customer Service network, supporting one of the world’s leading sports brands. This role is built for a performance-driven leader who lives for results and knows how to turn vision into revenue. You won’t just guide teams—you’ll own the global sales strategy, driving performance across multiple sites and ensuring that every customer interaction contributes to business growth and provides an excellent experience.

Working closely with the client, you’ll gain deep insights into upcoming campaigns, key products, and best-sellers—turning that knowledge into action by collaborating with our Operations, Training, Quality, and Knowledge Management teams. Your mission: equip and energize our frontline Gamechangers to consistently exceed targets, maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and deliver unforgettable brand experiences through exceptional customer service.
