JOB OBJECTIVE
Driving sales on a list of Accounts and develop customer intimacy with existing and new customer
Be the voice of the customer
Operate as an integrated member of the Sales function to maximize growth
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Owns and is accountable of sales for a list of Accounts
Participates to defining the sales development strategy for the accounts he is in charge of
Implements and executes relevant actions intended for meeting the sales objectives defined, including yearly sales budget targets
Understand full customer requirements, collaborate and align with other internal departments
Prepares commercial offer as needed
Develops customer intimacy and ensures daily interface with his accounts
Tracks and reports new project opportunities
Establishes short and long term forecast as needed for the regular tracking of the activity
Rolls out BL campaign on these accounts
Participates to defining the strategy for these accounts
Determines potential customers and key stakeholders
Organizes promotion plan
And manage it in close cooperation with Technical-Sales Support
Operates as an integrated member of the Sales team to maximize growth
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Aerospace or equivalent industry with a focus on technical selling
Understanding of market and strong customer orientation
Able to build trust and maintain relationships at all level
Ability to travel and visit customers
Excellent negociation skills, customer prospection
Knowledge of sales process, forecasting and planning
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong technical background (BSc. or MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Aerospace Industry, with a focus on technical selling
PREFERRED SKILLS
Technical background (BSc. or MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Aerospace Industry.
Work on different time zones with customers and teams located in different areas.
HSE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure both your own safety and the safety of others at all times.
Maintain an active role in achieving the objectives and adhering to the HSE Thales Policy
Comply with local HSE laws and legislation.
To use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended.
Lead by example and actively encourage departments to look at ways to conserve water & energy, minimise the generation of waste, and encourage recycling.
