Develops a well-trained sales staff that meets or exceed all sales quotas, increases market share and customer base within established budgetary levels while maintaining the highest ethical standards and observing Company policies and procedures.
**The Sales Manager’s responsibilities include:**
+ Managing and motivating sales advisors to become highly productive in a professional environment
+ Coaching and mentoring sales advisors to manage leads and train the team on customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, product/service pricing, terms, paperwork, and understanding sales guidelines
+ Recruiting and hiring sales advisors
+ Providing sales advisors with proper training on sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies, and procedures
+ Reviewing and evaluating the sales team’s performance
+ Handle personnel issues concerning the sales team
+ Conduct and participate in regular set sales meetings
+ Seek, organize and attend community events, seminars and public relations opportunities
+ Work with the sales advisors and families to resolve any disputes
+ Work with other departments and location management to reach location quotas and market goals
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
+ Strong attention to detail, organization and time-management
+ Basic computer and technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
+ Salesforce knowledge is an asset
+ Excellent understanding of the selling process
+ Proven sales team leadership in a quota-driven environment
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Creative and detail-oriented
**Salary**
+ $65,000 base + commission and bonuses, targeting $89,800 to $149,500 earnings potential
