The Role
As a Sales Manager - Leisure, you will play a key role in driving leisure segment revenue, building strong partnerships with travel trade partners, and positioning the property as a preferred destination for leisure travelers. You will develop and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, DMCs, and other leisure travel partners, while identifying new business opportunities across local, regional, and international markets.
Working closely with Sales Marketing, Revenue and Operations teams, you will create and execute strategic sales plans that maximize room revenue, increase market share, and enhance the hotel's visibility within the leisure travel sector. Your efforts will directly contribute to the property's commercial success while delivering Hyatt's commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Proven experience as a Leisure Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of leisure travel markets, including tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, online travel partners, and destination management companies (DMCs).
Demonstrated success in driving leisure room night production, revenue growth, and market share.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused approach and a deep understanding of leisure traveler trends and market dynamics.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify emerging market opportunities, and achieve business objectives.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Experience participating in trade shows, sales missions, industry events, and client engagement activities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, market intelligence, and revenue trends.
Collaborative team player who works effectively with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize commercial results.
