**Where is the work:**
On-Site (5 days)
**What you will do**
+ 负责指定冷王产品的销售和市场推广
+ 结合公司战略目标及市场情况,制定销售策略和行动计划并落实,完成销售目标
+ 建立并开拓与物流运输相关制冷机组等大型终端客户的关系:OEM、箱体厂、食品、药品、物流运输等。
+ 根据客户要求,完成冷王产品机组与客户需求的技术解决方案的匹配;
+ 负责协助与客户方的商务、技术谈判,配合售后服务部门保证高质量服务。
**What you will bring**
+ 暖通空调、制冷、机电等相关专业本科或以上学历
+ 五年以上冷链、暖通行业产品直销经验
+ 良好的沟通能力和商务谈判能力,具有开拓精神与适应能力
+ 积极主动,有较强的团队合作意识
+ 对销售工作充满热情,目标导向,解决问题为导向
+ 能够并愿意到负责区域出差
**Additional requirements**
+ 背景要求: 具有冷链运输或暖通行业公司销售背景,了解区域内行业发展和市场竞争情况,能够快速适应环境;
+ 业务能力:直销项目操作能力
+ 理解并认可特灵科技的核心管理方法:Market Coverage System
