We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Smart Infrastructure, Electrification & Automation business unit in Lithuania!

We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team, which delivers 0.4-400kV power distribution and automation systems, and substation protection and automation products.
What are your primary responsibilities?
Your responsibilities include the sales and marketing of relay protection and automation products and solutions to designated customers. Customer relationship management and active new customer acquisition are your key success factors. You ensure orders for the business unit's products, projects, and services in the Baltic operating area according to agreed targets. You actively operate at the interface between the customer and the supplier, as well as develop cooperation with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. As a Sales Manager for the product area, you also act as an expert for our organization and participate in bid calculation when necessary.
You can be in the beginning of your career or have more experience; attitude and willingness to learn are what we are looking for. You will get thorough training and induction on the job.
Required skills:Some experience in relay protection and automation products either in sales, design or project tasksRelevant education (e.g. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering)Active, customer-oriented mindsetBasic financial understanding and knowing key business driversGood communication skills and ability to work with different peopleSelf-initiated, flexible and persistent working approachFluent Lithuanian and English language skillsWhat do we offer you?
