Lead and manage a multi-regional sales team across Sports Medicine and Joint Replacement franchises, defining territories, quotas, and key account strategiesAchieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic plans and monitoring performance metrics across assigned regionsDevelop and implement differentiated business models to engage top-tier customers and unlock new market opportunitiesAlign cross-functional strategies with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to optimize pricing, inventory, and customer targetingDrive product adoption through long-term projects with key institutional clients, ensuring sustained growth and market penetrationOversee inventory utilization and instrument set deployment to maximize efficiency and service qualityCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Regulatory, Compliance) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfactionAnalyze sales data and client performance to support team members on complex projects and high-value accountsWhat you need:Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in medical device salesMinimum 3 years of experience leading sales teamsMinimum 3 years of experience in direct salesAdvanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM platformsPreferred Qualifications
Experience in orthopedics or joint replacement product linesPrior success managing channel partners or institutional clientsTravel Percentage: 50%
