Freight forwarders and shipping linesPort authorities and customs organizationsContainer owners and container operatorsInland logistics and transport companiesThese relationships must already exist and be actively used to open doors, accelerate pilots, and close large-scale deals.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Owning and growing revenue across business-to-business and government accountsConverting pilot projects into long-term commercial and national contractsLeading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across logistics, ports, and trade corridorsSelling information technology, digitization, and connected solutions to the logistics sectorStructuring commercial offers across capital expenditure, service-based, and long-term engagement modelsPersonally representing the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry eventsQualificationsRequired Experience
Strong, existing network across freight forwarders, shipping lines, port or customs authorities in Egypt and GCC and African marketsFrom 8 -10 years of experience Active relationships with container owners and inland logistics companiesProven business-to-business and government sales experienceDemonstrated success selling logistics digitization or information technology solutionsExperience closing complex enterprise or government deals involving multiple decision makersProfile We Are Looking For
Six to ten or more years of professional sales experienceAt least five years in logistics, ports, customs, shipping, or infrastructure-related sectorsTrack record of converting pilots into large-scale deploymentsStrong commercial negotiation and deal-structuring skillsComfortable operating at senior and executive decision-maker levelsAdditional InformationExcellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with logistics service providersConfident and professional manner when interacting with internal teams and external partnersMobility and flexibility to work across different time zones, including weekends as neededWillingness and ability to travel during working hoursStrong cross-cultural communication skills and openness to working with diverse international teamsAutonomous and able to work independently with minimal supervisionResponsible, reliable, and self-motivated approach to tasks and deadlinesLanguage and Mobility
