We are looking for a Sales Lead Rheumatology & Bone Greece who is eager to join our Southern Eastern Europe Immunology team, the position is field based, covering all Greece.

 

About the role

 

As a Sales Lead Rheumatology & Bone Greece, you are accountable for driving in-field execution excellence with your teams. You are responsible to drive a deliberate thinking process to define the local approach, from which required local activities are derived.

During execution, you track progress against the plan as well as overall performance. Furthermore, you are responsible for leading and coaching your team, fostering talent, and safeguarding the development of individual team members. You also establish a learning mindset, enabling a high-performance culture.

 

What you’ll do

 

Lead and develop the sales team (8 employees).Responsible for developing and maintaining in-field capabilities needed to address the changing market needs.Lead the team to successfully support continuous growth of existing patient solutions/products and launch new indications.Ensure a holistic approach to the Patient Impact business unit on sales performance /effectiveness when delivering high level value for patients and HCPs.Show strong collaboration skills with all internal and external stakeholders in relation to the eco-system.Territory and Account Management: Oversee and manage sales territories and accounts to maximize market reach and growth.Target Implementation and KPI Setting: Develop and implement sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.

Educational background: Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required.5+ years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or field medical experience.Demonstrated strength in analytics, business planning, tactical plan development and execution.Experience within Pharma industry.Show a credible understanding of the immunology therapeutic area.Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.Leadership capabilities.Ability to develop and maintain internal and external networks.Strong customer focus and operating skills and sense of urgency.Understanding of appropriate compliance and regulatory guidelines.Proven track record of developing high impact performing teams.Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution.Capability to communicate effectively and to choose the relevant channels to perform it.Fluent in Greek and English.
