As a Sales Investor you're a member of the Leapmotor Department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission will be to support, educate, and motivate the Retailer Network where needed, based on data-driven daily and monthly gap analyses of individual performance with a strong focus on the Leapmotor brand. Within this position, you will report to the Technical Warranty Manager.
The role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office).
Your contribution:
The Sales Investor oversees the following activities for the Leapmotor Brand:
INVESTOR MANAGER & BRAND REFERENT
• First point of Sales contact of the Leapmotor Brand for the appointed Retailers (PC & LCV),
• First point of Sales contact and ambassador of the Leapmotor Brand:
o Internally, towards the involved departments and Leapmotor Brand,
o Externally, towards the corresponding Retailers (nationally), focused on the main (national) topics,
• Forecasting and Sales performance monitoring of the Brand performance.
SUPPORT, MONITOR AND DRIVE FOR 360° RETAILER TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
• Ensure monitoring and regular communication internally and externally (Retailers) where needed based on Daily & Monthly Gap Analysis,
• Sustain and support all initiatives driving continuous performance improvement,
• Identify the reasons for under-performance and identify levers to be included in action plans. Support through expert assessment while using problem solving methods,
• Understand Retailer needs & feedback internally.What makes you a great fit:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Sales, Business or Account Manager.
• At least three years of hands-on experience in Sales (i.e. Zone Manager sales, aftersales, B2B), Account Management.
• An experience with brand & product knowledge and data analysis.
• A strong understanding of digital tools and channels, with a clear focus on customer communication and engagement.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.
• A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
