Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Stocking in new vehicles and making journal entries to input vehicle specifications and cost data into accounting systemProcessing payments to purchase used vehicles from auctions, wholesalers and individualsProcessing certifications for used vehicles and processing dealer transfersAdditional tasks may include: preparing checks, filing, and other general administrative dutiesOther duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

Minimum 1 year of general office experience, superior customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, cash handling, multi-line phone and 10-keyAccounting and/or automotive experience using accounting software experience preferredHigh School diploma requiredValid in-state driver’s license
