1. Main Tasks:Generate and maintain a portfolio of trading + prospective customers (targets to define upon start)Maintain an active opportunity pipeline to meet and exceed targets, and ensure it is entered into the systemEnsure accurate and timely entries and maintenance of high-quality information on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemsHave a clear understanding and knowledge of DHL products and servicesBe aware of market developments and competitionMake competitive proposals to customers and convert them in favor of DHL. Wins, retains, and develops medium-sized Business Customers (Gross Profit of EUR10K-150K) per annumBuild rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customers’ business and the market. Assesses the type and size of customer needsCollect relevant customer information for the Request for Information (RFI)/ Request for Proposal (RFP)/ Request for Quotation (RFQ) and prepare documents for customer implementation to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations, following Service-Level Agreement (SLA) & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)Use networks within the various Sales channels within DHL to collaborate on customers' marketing strategies and offer a full supply chain of services to serve customer needs.
2. Requirements:COMPULSORY: Student (NOT a fresh graduate and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 8 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptableGood English skills (both speaking and writing)Proven commercial mindsetCan-do attitude, hard-working and enthusiasticGood administrative skills, results-driven and detail-orientedAbility to handle multiple and changing prioritiesAbility to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment.Basic business skillsExperience with MS Office e.g. Outlook; experience with CRM tools preferred
