**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for providing analytical product sales support. Key responsibilities include conducting product and market research, providing updates and reports on performance, and participating in the development of testing criteria for new products. Job expectations include driving collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams to package, market, and position leading solutions that address client challenges.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our Specialized Product Sales Team to help drive our strategic Sales Initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supports the management of client engagements and reviews, account management, complex deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with clients to grow market share through deal support
+ Assists banking line partners in understanding treasury management, product risk, and ensuring applicable policies are applied through the sales cycle
+ Supports the strategy and tactical execution of segment initiatives across all major Lines of Business, driving collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams
+ Participates in the identification and development of responses to emerging product trends, competitive strategies, and market gaps
+ Provides updates and reports on sales performance, as well as following up with customers and business partners as needed
+ Drives collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams to package, market, and position leading solutions that address the challenges clients face and grow market share through client calling and deal support
+ Fosters ongoing customer service relationships and resolves client problems as needed
+ Support the execution of digital sales campaigns from start to finish
+ Manage campaign logistics including (but not limited to): target list management and coordination, email template creation, landing page and lead generation form setup and tracking
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (as suitable) to ensure campaign alignment
+ Monitor campaign performance and assist with engagement reporting and optimization
+ Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) functions and troubleshoot issues
+ Maintain campaign calendars and support scheduling needs.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 1 or more years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or project coordination
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
**Desired Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
+ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus
