Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine \#Li-Hybrid **We are searching for the best talent for Sales Incentives Coordinator to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina** **Purpose:** Coordinate the Sales Incentives strategy, driving the maximization of commercial performance and ensuring excellence in the end‑to‑end execution of the operational process, as well as the comprehensive management of processes, documentation, and policies, within a strict compliance framework. **You will be responsible for** **:** Align incentive to strategy, by designing and testing Innovative rewards models Ensure accurate payout through a flawless end-to-end process Provide insights based on in-depth analytics for decision making Manage and follow up on special contests ensuring proper execution, results tracking, documentation, and compliance with policies and standards. Ensure effective adoption and utilization of new platforms and databases. Operational process review, alignment, and optimization to support continuous improvement. Identify and apply benchmark‑driven insights to enhance performance and operational excellence. Review, Maintenance, and Governance of SOPs and Policies Coordination of Training and Field Support Sessions Support annual risk assessments and respond to internal audits requests, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance. **Qualifications / Requirements:** **Education & background** Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in coordination or project management roles. Inglés upper intermediate Field Force Effectiveness, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations or Sales Incentives roles experience is required Experience in pharmaceutical industry is not required **The role requires a balanced mix of technical, analytical, managerial, and influencing skills, as it connects business and incentive strategy, performance motivation, and operational execution.** **Strategic & business skills** + Understanding of business & commercial strategy + Results-driven mindset + Abilty to navigate and collaborate across the full ecosystem (Sales, Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, etc) **Technical & analytical skills** + Data analysis and metrics interpretation + Incentive models + Excell, dashboards, reporting tools. Incentives platforms and CRMs are a plus. **Execution & management skills** + Project management skills.
