Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of 5+ regional FTL Sales Managers across India
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement across all zones
Support and intervene in large/enterprise client acquisition and closure
Identify performance gaps and work with regional teams to fix conversion bottlenecks
Create and enforce structured sales reporting, review, and pipeline health check
processes
Coordinate with operations and vendor development to ensure truck availability for
key accounts
Represent the company in high-value client meetings and industry forums
Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic sales planning, revenue forecasting, and territory expansion
Experience Required :
Minimum 8–12 years of sales experience in the logistics or transportation sector. Experience in full truck load (FTL) sales, large client handling, and vendor-sidecoordination.
