The expanding Acquisition & Sales Excellence team will be core to establishing and leading this for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the Conduct Management program for Sales and Account Development including but not limited to:Production and ongoing enhancement of monthly conduct reporting; andDelivery of mandatory monthly persistent error training; andSales Conduct/regulatory induction training for new hires.In collaboration with key stakeholders and business partners, improve our Conduct Risk management through:Supporting new capabilities/platforms; andenhance existing capabilities/platforms.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including but not limited to:ownership of all Standard Operating Procedures and documentation of all processes; andupdating Business Conduct Guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience and knowledge of Compliance and conduct related principles.Ability to collaborate with Partners including OE, Business Self testing (RBST), Colleague Labour Relations (CLR), General Counsel Office (GCO) & Compliance to drive mutually beneficial outcomesHighly effective communication style (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels within an organisationAutonomy in problem-solving & use of analytics to drive improvements in sales practices.Team player who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude through ongoing change managementStrong excel skills.
