We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Sales FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will partner closely with our sales organization to provide strategic financial insights, robust forecasting, and comprehensive reporting to support data-driven decision-making, drive sales performance, and optimize resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position in onsite or can be remote if you are a current Siemens employee.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, consolidation, and analysis of sales forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans in close collaboration with sales leadership and vertical market teams. Drive the monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Act as a trusted financial advisor to the sales team, offering financial guidance, translating strategies into financial implications and support decision-making processes.Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards (e.g., sales pipeline, bookings, revenue, margin analysis, customer profitability, regional performance, win/loss rates).Analyze actual sales performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key variances, trends, and underlying drivers. Build and maintain revenue models that support scenario planning, target setting, and strategic planning. Support design and financial modeling of sales incentive plans; ensure alignment between targets and compensation.

·        Identify opportunities to streamline and automate FP&A processes, enhance data integrity, and improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

Support ad-hoc tasks such as analyzing go-to-market strategies, new product launches, and customer segmentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, or sales finance Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills Proficient in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of AI, Knime, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP) Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional team environment, taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities.

The pay range for this position is $80,920 - $138,720 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
