Job description:
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Incentive Designer to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining commission plans, formulas, quota structures, and dashboards using the Spiff.com platform. You will also work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless automation and data flows through Workato and other integration tools.
This is a cross-functional role interfacing with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to ensure incentive plans are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement sales commission plans, formulas, and structures using Spiff’s logic engine.
• Translate sales comp requirements into scalable, auditable logic in Spiff.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reporting views, and payout visualizations for reps and managers.
• Own quota and territory data models and integrate them with Spiff logic.
• Collaborate with GTM and Finance teams to ensure alignment on payout rules and timelines.
• Partner with RevOps and technical teams to build and maintain Workato flows between Spiff and other tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).
• Perform regular QA and audits of commission data to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data or logic discrepancies and implement fixes.
• Support plan updates during annual planning and mid-cycle changes.
• Provide documentation and training for end-users on interpreting commission statements.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Compensation Design, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Deep familiarity with Spiff or similar commission tools (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ).
• Hands-on experience building formulas, rules, and custom logic in Spiff or another no-code incentive platform.
• Strong understanding of commission plan structures, quota setting, accelerators, and clawbacks.
• Working knowledge of Workato or similar iPaaS tools; experience with automation/integration logic is a plus.
• Strong skills in Salesforce CRM; experience managing data integrity across systems.
• Excellent analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or Python a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
