Sales Force Effectiveness Manager - Ethical (Nutrition)

Abbott is looking for a **Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager – Ethical** for Nutrition business to lead initiatives that optimize our field force operations and enhance commercial impact across brands. 📍 **Location:** Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Đức Kế, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City 🕒 **Working Time:** Full-time, Mon to Sat 📌 **Reporting to:** Associate SFE Director, Ethical **🔍 What You’ll Do:** **Segmentation & Targeting** + Design and implement segmentation and targeting strategies for Ethical Field Force and Product Groups (PGs) + Analyze hospital and HCP profiles to support demand creation and territory planning + Collaborate with third-party vendors to conduct market research and optimize HCP segmentation and field deployment **Field Force Productivity** + Develop a deep understanding of assigned territories and customer segments + Engage with field teams to assess deployment, identify gaps, and propose actionable improvements + Promote a performance-driven culture through daily engagement and SFE mindset education **KPI Development & Monitoring** + Define and align KPIs with business priorities and field teams + Track, analyze, and benchmark performance to identify productivity gaps + Recommend and support execution of initiatives to improve KPI outcomes **Dashboard & Reporting** + Gather insights on MIS needs and propose dashboard templates + Support the MIS team in developing and distributing dashboards + Train field teams to interpret data and take timely, informed actions **Process Optimization** + Understand and align cross-functional processes (sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT) + Simplify or establish new processes to improve efficiency and compliance + Ensure adherence to policies and procedures within the SFE scope **Project Management** + Lead strategic SFE projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery + Anticipate and manage risks, conflicts, and dependencies + Develop tools and methodologies to support project execution aligned with brand goals **✅ What We’re Looking For:** + **5+ years** of experience in sales, SFE, or commercial roles in pharma, nutrition, FMCG, or consulting + At least **2 years in a managerial or supervisory role** + Strong understanding of **SFE concepts, sales operations, and territory management** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field + Proficiency in **Excel, PowerPoint** , and basic knowledge of **data tools** (Power BI, etc.) + Can communicate in English **🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit:** + Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills + Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities + Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven + Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence **💼 Why Join Abbott?** + At Abbott, you’ll be part of a global healthcare leader, creating breakthrough science to improve people’s health.
